Fortnite Physical Disc Support and FAQ


Gearbox Publishing is proud to be Epic Games’ publishing partner for the physical console editions of Fortnite. As such, if you’ve run into problems with your Fortnite disc, don’t worry – we’re here to help! You can contact our support team by clicking “Click here to submit a ticket regarding Fortnite” above, and they’ll take good care of you.

If you’re experiencing an issue that isn’t directly related to the physical disc, make sure to contact the Epic Games support team directly.

Q: “My disc is damaged or I have another problem with it! What should I do?”

A: Click on the link above that says “Click here to submit a ticket regarding Fortnite”. Fill out a ticket and our support team will respond as soon as possible to advise you further.

Q: “Which platforms have physical editions of Fortnite?”

A: Physical editions of Fortnite are available on PlayStation® 4 and Xbox One.

Q: “I need help with an issue that relates to the game, but not the disc. What should I do?”

A: Easy! Just reach out to Epic Games support team via their support center.
