Restarting your PC

Restarting your PC may help if you are experiencing any issues. We recommend restarting your PC after trying any of these solutions, especially when installing or uninstalling updates/programs and changing settings in Steam, We Happy Few, or your PC.

The game may not download, launch, or may crash if system requirements are not met.
These requirements may change as we optimize the game.

Minimum requirements:

Processor: Triple-core Intel or AMD, 2.0 GHz or faster

This information can be found by opening dxdiag (DirectX Diagnostic Tool) on your PC under the System and Display tabs. Storage information can be found through the File Explorer under 'This PC'.

Your G3D Mark rating should be 2287 or higher.

Update graphics card drivers:

Old graphics card drivers may cause graphical issues and low frame rate. We recommend manually uninstalling your drivers and reinstalling them from scratch as sometimes drivers do not install properly over existing installations.

If you are unsure if your Video card meets our minimum requirements, you can search for your video card HERE.

The most recent drivers can be found here:

Launching the game with launch options:
