Physical Disc and Other Questions

If you are having problems playing Hello Neighbor 2 using your Physical Retail Disc or the DLC code inside please submit a Ticket to our Support Team using the link above.


If possible, please attach the following information in your Ticket so that our Agents may better assist you in determining options moving forward:


  • Proof of Purchase indicating Time of Purchase
  • Picture of Front and Back of Game Disk/Cartridge


Once the ticket is received an Agent will reply as soon as possible!
