Fig Backer FAQ 5/9/24

Hello Commanders!

As we approach the advanced access date for Homeworld 3, we wanted to address a few of the most asked questions from the community. 

When does Advance Access begin?

 Homeworld 3 Advance Access will unlock May 10 at approximately 11am PT/2pm ET/18:00 UTC. This is when Fig Backer and Fleet Command/Collector's Edition game keys will activate and those players can start playing! There's always the potential that something doesn't release at the exact time, so please give us about an hour.

How will I receive my digital Steam key for Homeworld 3?

You will receive an email with your Steam key(s) from, to the email address provided when you signed up for fig OR the most recent email you used to respond to our survey confirming your information. 

When will I get my digital key?

Emails with your keys will be sent out on May 10, 2024, about an hour before advanced access begins. These codes will not activate until May 10 at 11am PT/2pm ET/18:00 UTC.

How can I update my email address?

We are no longer able to update email addresses as they have already been provided to the distribution team. 

How do I confirm my physical address for my Collector’s Edition?

While we can no longer update addresses for Collector’s Editions, you can reach out to Customer Support for address confirmation. Please be sure to include your email, first and last name, and the physical address you’d like to confirm in your ticket.

How can I get tracking information for my Collector’s Edition?

Your tracking information has been emailed to you from If you don’t see your tracking number email in your inbox, please check your spam folder first and then write in to Customer Support with your email and proof of purchase so we can further assist you if needed.
