I'm Not Receiving VIP Points For Watching Videos

Hello, Vault Hunters!

If you're watching videos on the Vault Insider Program site in order to receive points but aren't receiving said points, we might be able to help you out. Make sure you're following all of these steps.

  • Confirm that you're logged into the VIP website before you watch the video.
  • Please make sure that any ad-blocker software is disabled.
  • You need to watch the video all the way to the end (meaning, until the video stops playing on its own).  
  • Check your balance: If you go to Insiders > My Profile, you can see if you've watched the video and received the points.
    • If the video/points don't show up in your profile, go to Insiders > Activities, and click on the video through there.
