As the name implies, players are required to complete all five rounds of a single Circle of Slaughter in order to receive the achievement "Went Five Rounds."
If a player joins a multiplayer session already in progress, it may be possible to complete the "Bandit Slaughter: Round 5" objective without having completed all five rounds, but all five rounds would have to be completed in order to receive the achievement.
