Elemental damage not applying to bladed weapons when using melee.

There appears to be some confusion about the tooltip for certain bladed elemental weapons.  The Damage over Time (DoT) elemental damage of a bladed elemental weapon is not applied to the melee damage of the bladed attack, which displays the elemental effect along its blade.
