Missing Items NOT Tied to Badass Rank / Bank Reset or SHiFT Codes

Unfortunately, items that no longer appear in your inventory cannot be recovered or replaced apart from picking them up in-world. To ensure that the contents of your inventory are properly secured upon exiting the game, make sure to select "Save and Exit" from the pause menu and wait until the game auto-save icon is no longer on-screen before leaving the game.
