An update addressing of a possible issue where the game may become unresponsive if a player is wearing the Mechromancer's "Bullet Buccaneer" head in a multiplayer game has been released on PC, Playstation 3, and Xbox 360. After this update has been applied, the game will no longer become unresponsive in this scenario.
