Users who have purchased the Season Pass for Tales From the Borderlands are eligible for rewards in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. To receive the rewards you will have to log into your SHiFT account in Tales From the Borderlands and purchase the season pass. The rewards will be added to the SHiFT vending machine repository in Concordia the next time you log into SHiFT in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, provided you meet all the conditions.
Note that your Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel unlocks will be tied to the platform on which you own the Tales from the Borderlands Season Pass for. So:
- Xbox One or PS4 Tales from the Borderlands Season Pass owners can redeem their loot in the The Handsome Collection on the same platform
- Xbox 360 or PS3 Tales from the Borderlands Season Pass owners can redeem their loot in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel on the same platform (note that these can then be transferred to The Handsome Collection using the Cross-Save functionality)
- Android and iOS Tales from the Borderlands Season Pass owners can redeem their loot in the Steam version of Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel
The weapons will be redeemable in the SHiFT vending machine and will be the same level as the character that redeems them. They can only be redeemed once, so choose wisely!
