We've received reports that some users on Xbox 360 have been unable to access the Claptastic Voyage DLC after purchasing and downloading it. Our engineers are aware of the issue and are working toward resolutions to be included in a future update. In the meantime, these steps have been found to solve the problem for some users:
- Delete part 1 (2GB) from the Xbox 360 storage device.
- Re-download Part 1 again from the in-game downloadable content menu.
- Install Part 1 when the prompt asked user after the download is completed.
- There should be a prompt in-game that informs you that you have new content, and ask if you would like to install it.
