We're aware of an issue where plays are receiving the following error message in Borderlands 2 for The Handsome Collection when playing a character with OP levels:
"This level 72 character requires downloadable content that is not accessible at this time."
You will not be able to earn experience beyond level 72 until additional downloadable content that raises the level cap is installed."
We're working on a fix to keep the error message from appearing and it will be included in a future update. In the meantime, feel free to ignore the message and play normally.
If you're experiencing this issue, re-downloading your save to Borderlands: The Handsome Collection after installation and updates have completed may resolve the problem.
