Unable to Authenticate With SHiFT


We are investigating reports that some users are unable to connect to the SHiFT service in Borderlands: The Handsome Collection on PlayStation 4. Our engineers are looking into possible resolutions and hope to have a fix out soon.

We have seen reports that a hard-reset of your console (not stand-by), then re-launching the game may help temporarily alleviate connectivity issues.
